Secrets Mirabel Cancun Full Review:
A Luxurious, Intimate All-Inclusive Escape

If you are looking for the absolute “newest” jewel in the Cancun Hotel Zone, Secrets Mirabel Cancun is the answer. After a massive three-year, $100 million total reconstruction of the former Now Emerald property, the resort reopened its doors as a sophisticated, adults-only sanctuary. The name Mirabel is Latin for “wonderful beauty,” and between the contemporary architecture and the panoramic views of both the Caribbean Sea and the Nichupté Lagoon, the name is perfectly fitting.

Located at Kilometer 16.5, the resort is tucked away at the quieter, more exclusive southern end of the Hotel Zone. It is remarkably convenient—a mere 15-minute drive from Cancun International Airport—meaning you can go from the arrivals gate to a beachside lounge chair with a drink in your hand faster than almost any other luxury resort in the area.

Our Ocean-Front Master Suite Room was enormous and spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, featuring:

✔ A plush king bed (one of the most comfortable we’ve experienced in Mexico!)
✔ A stunning balcony with beautiful ocean views (perfect for morning coffee)
✔ A massive bathroom with rainfall shower, double vanity and picture window
✔ A separate outdoor living area with access to balcony & tub
✔ Smart TV (with casting capabilities for Netflix, etc.)
✔ Daily minibar refreshes (Pro Tip: Request extra water bottles for beach days!)
✔ Ocean Front rooms come with a Butler and ours was so warm, attentive and just fabulous.
✔ Free sunrises from your Ocean Front balcony each morning!

As part of the Hyatt Inclusive Collection, Secrets Mirabel delivers Unlimited Luxury®, which includes:

✅ Gourmet à la carte dining (currently, reservations required but exceptions made).
✅ Premium top-shelf spirits, international wines, and crafted cocktails
✅ 24-hour in-room dining (with surprisingly fast service!)
✅ Pool & beach waiter service (no need to lift a finger!)
✅ Daily refreshed minibar (stocked with beer, soda, water, and juices)
✅ Wi-Fi throughout the property
✅ Additional costs typically apply for spa treatments, premium wines and liquors, special dining experiences, and off-property excursions.
✅ All taxes & gratuities included (though tipping is appreciated for exceptional service)

How is the resort laid out?

The resort is intelligently designed, split into three main buildings that offer different perspectives:

Building C: This is the brand-new, ground-up construction dedicated entirely to the Preferred Club. If you want the most modern rooms and guaranteed oceanfront views, this is where you want to be. Building C is the dedicated Preferred Club tower, featuring 117 suites that are all ocean-facing.

Buildings A & B: These are the beautifully renovated main structures housing the lobby, the main social hubs, and several restaurants.

Dress Code:

Before we proceed, Hyatt Inclusive resorts do their best to maintain the high standards and elegance of their properties.  Unlike some Secrets, Dreams & Breathless resorts, Secrets Mirabel, at print time, does not require dress pants for dinner. While lunch has a much more relaxed vibe at the Buffet and outdoor seated restaurants, indoor dining will eventually require a casual elegance dress code. Here’s a great explanation:

✔ Dress shoes, sneakers/tennis shoes, & dress sandals are acceptable
✔ Collared shirts, dresses, blouses for indoor dinner; no t-shirts or flip flops.
✔ Dress shorts are currently appropriate for men for dinner at all restaurants
✔ Absolutely no sleeveless shirts, flip-flops for dinner restaurants
✔ For lunch at Olio Restaurant, women must wear a bathing suit wrap or cover-up and men must wear a sleeved t-shirt; flip flops or shoes required. No wet clothing, no sleeveless shirts.
✔ For lunch at the more relaxed Beach Snack Bar (think burgers & pizza), almost anything goes. NOTE: At print time, this has not opened yet.
✔ For breakfast at the Market Buffet, bathing suits are permitted with cover up; sandals and dry clothes required; No sleeveless shirts for men.
✔ Room-service: No shoes, No shirt, No Problem! Just be sure to cover up when your food arrives 🙂 And remember, this Secrets resort did not integrate the Secrets Box concept, so you’ll have to answer the door if you order room service

Now, here’s a detailed breakdown of our favorites, including standout dishes and exceptional staff who made our meals even more memorable:

the restaurant scene:

For you travel history buffs, Secrets Mirabel Cancun was originally the Now Emerald Cancun Resort. The three year, multi-million dollar renovation is just fantastic and the curated restaurant menus are undoubtedly some of the BEST we’ve had anywhere in Mexico and the Dominican Republic.

The Hub of Flavors: Breakfast and Lunch at Market Café

If you want a wide-ranging culinary experience without the wait times of a formal sit-down dinner, Market Café is the heartbeat of Secrets Mirabel. This isn’t your average “resort buffet”—it’s a high-end marketplace that focuses on freshness and local Mexican soul.

The Atmosphere

The restaurant offers a beautiful choice of scenery: you can sit in the stylish, air-conditioned indoor dining room or head out to the outdoor patio. We highly recommend the patio—it offers stunning, tranquil views of the Nichupté Lagoon, which is a nice change of pace from the oceanfront views you get throughout the rest of the resort.

  • Note on Hours: Market Café is strictly a daytime destination. It opens at 7:00 AM and closes at 4:00 PM, so it does not open for dinner. It’s the perfect spot for a long, lazy brunch or a late lunch before getting ready for the evening.

The DIY Cocktail Station (A Guest Favorite!)

One of the coolest features we saw was the Self-Serve Bar Station. Unlike many resorts where you have to wait for a server to bring you a drink, here you are the mixologist.

  • The Setup: It’s fully equipped with sparkling wine, vodka, beer, tomato juice, lime juice, and soda water.
  • The Result: You can craft your own Mimosas, Micheladas, or Bloody Marys exactly how you like them. It’s a fun, social part of the buffet experience that really elevates the morning vibe.

Our Favorite Bites

The food quality here is exceptional for a buffet, largely because of the live cooking stations. Here is what we (and other travelers) loved:

  • The Blue Corn Station: You have to try the freshly made blue corn tortilla quesadillas. Watching them press the masa and grill them to order makes a huge difference in flavor.
  • Mexican Soul Food: They serve incredible authentic dishes like Cochinita Pibil (slow-roasted pork) and Chicken Mole that taste like they came from a local kitchen.
  • The Fresh Bar: The Shrimp Aguachile and Ceviche were incredibly fresh and vibrant—perfect for a light lunch in the Cancun heat.
  • Global Selections: Beyond the Mexican fare, they have a massive salad bar, grilled meats, and a great hummus selection for those looking for something Mediterranean.

A Living Tribute to yucatan: Dinner at El Patio:

If you want to experience the true heart and soul of Mexican gastronomy, El Patio is the place to be. This isn’t just a meal; it’s a journey through Mexico’s rich culinary history, blending ancient pre-Hispanic techniques with modern, sophisticated plating. The atmosphere is vibrant yet upscale, featuring decor that honors traditional Mexican craftsmanship with a contemporary flair.

Since we were visiting last week, we wanted to dive deep into the menu. Our waiter provided some of the best service of the trip—sensing our indecision, he actually brought us a curated sample of all four of the “Chef’s Bites” to start our evening.

The Appetizer Symphony

  • Sikil P’ak: This traditional Mayan pumpkin seed dip was smoky, earthy, and incredibly creamy. It was the perfect introduction to the flavors of the Yucatan.
  • Chicharrón: Flawlessly executed, this crispy pork skin was golden and crunchy, providing the ultimate texture contrast to the dips.
  • Guacamole with a Twist: As we mentioned before, the addition of fresh watermelon to their guacamole is a revelation. It adds a burst of refreshing sweetness that balances the heat of the green chiles beautifully.
  • Polcán with Cochinita Pibil: These little “stone-shaped” fried corn masa bites were stuffed with pumpkin seeds and white beans, then topped with tender Cochinita Pibil. It was a flavor explosion in a single bite.

The Theater of the Stone Broth

One of the most impressive moments of the night was the Stone Broth (Caldo de Piedra). This dish is a tribute to an ancient ritual from Oaxaca. The broth is loaded with fresh seafood, but the “wow” factor comes from the red-hot stone placed directly into the bowl. Not only does it create a beautiful presentation, but the stone continues to heat the broth while you eat, intensifying the flavors of the ocean and keeping every spoonful piping hot. It was rich, aromatic, and easily one of the best soups we’ve ever had at a resort.

The Taco Course

We couldn’t visit a Mexican specialty restaurant without trying the tacos, and El Patio elevates them to an art form:

  • The Castacán Taco: Featuring crispy pork belly (Castacán), this was a masterclass in texture. The pork was succulent on the inside with a perfectly rendered, crunchy exterior.
  • The Black Mole Taco: The depth of flavor in this mole was incredible. It was dark, complex, and slightly sweet, coating the tender meat in a way that felt truly authentic and high-end.

The Main Event: Duck & Pibil

For our main courses, we went with two very different but equally spectacular dishes:

  • Duck Magret: This was the “sophisticated” side of the menu. The duck was seared to a perfect medium-rare, served with a rich sauce that complemented the gaminess of the bird. It felt like a high-end fusion of French technique and Mexican ingredients.
  • Cochinita Pibil: We had to try the full version of the dish that defined the Yucatan. Slow-roasted in achiote and local bitter orange, the pork pulled apart with a fork and was packed with a bright, citrusy tang that we are still dreaming about.

The Sweet Finale

We finished the night with the Churros with Cajeta Ice Cream. Served warm with a dusting of cinnamon sugar and a side of rich caramel sauce, they were the perfect “comfort food” ending to a very elevated meal.

The Secrets Mirabel Advantage

One of the reasons we love Secrets Mirabel is that restaurants like El Patio are included in your stay, but the level of service feels like a Michelin-starred boutique restaurant. As Preferred Club guests, we felt that extra level of attention from the moment we walked in.

Ready to taste the real Mexico? As a Gold Plus member, I can help you secure VIP benefits, including Preferred Club status and rates that are typically 25% lower than public sites. All that is required is attending a 2-hour resort presentation (which you can think of as a small “trade” for all these incredible meals!).

Sunset in the Far East: Dinner at Himitsu

If Olio and Bluewater Grill are the masters of the Mediterranean and the flame, Himitsu is the resort’s temple of Pan-Asian elegance. While most of your day at Secrets Mirabel is spent looking at the electric blue of the Caribbean, Himitsu (along with Bluewater) invites you to turn your attention westward toward the Nichupté Lagoon.

The decor inside is nothing short of stunning—moody, sophisticated, and distinctly high-end. While it doesn’t have an outdoor patio, the floor-to-ceiling windows provide a front-row seat to the sunset. Watching the sky turn from gold to deep violet while seated in such a refined, air-conditioned sanctuary is one of the most comfortable ways to enjoy “golden hour” in Cancun.

A Journey Through the Senses

Since we wanted to experience the full range of the kitchen, we explored a mix of the sushi bar and the hot kitchen. Here is a look at the “tasting menu” we created for ourselves:

  • The Starters: We began with the Short Rib Gyozas. Pan-fried with a delicate hoisin glaze, they were succulent and rich. My spouse absolutely loved the Ebitem Sweet Chili—crispy shrimp tempura tossed in a vibrant sweet chili sauce that had just the right amount of kick. Couple those with some delicious edamame to open up your appetite (ask for spicy soy sauce!)
  • The Sushi Highlights: You cannot eat at Himitsu without visiting the sushi bar. We shared the Batayaki Roll, which was a culinary highlight of the night. It features fresh tuna and avocado, but the star is the shiitake tartare prepared in browned butter—it adds a savory, umami depth you rarely find in sushi. We also had the Acevichado, which uses tuna on the outside and shrimp/avocado on the inside, bridging the gap between Japanese technique and Latin flavors.
  • The Main Courses:
    • My Choice: I went with the Pork Belly. It is Japanese-style and slow-cooked for five hours. The result is “melt-in-your-mouth” tender, served with a bright ginger sauce and a creamy sweet potato purée that balances the richness of the pork perfectly.
    • Her Choice: She opted for the Shake Misoyaki (Miso-marinated Salmon). The salmon was flawlessly glazed and served with nori and confit tomatoes. It was light, healthy, and incredibly flavorful—the perfect choice if you want to save room for dessert.
  • The Sweet Ending: We shared the Chocolate & Yuzu. It’s a baked chocolate cream paired with the citrusy brightness of yuzu and toasted sesame. It’s sophisticated, not too sweet, and a perfect palate cleanser.

Mediterranean Mastery: Lunch & Dinner at Olio

If you appreciate the bright, clean flavors of the Mediterranean, Olio will likely become your “home base” for meals at Secrets Mirabel. While breakfast here is a quiet, Preferred-only sanctuary, lunch and dinner open up to a wider menu that celebrates the sea, the stone oven, and fresh, high-quality ingredients.

The setting is spectacular—right by the water, where the Caribbean breeze complements the aroma of toasted herbs and wood-fired dough. We ate here multiple times during our stay, and while most dishes were home runs, a few standouts are absolute must-orders.

The Lunch Highlights

Lunch at Olio is all about being light and refreshing so you can get right back to the infinity pool. Here is what we recommend:

  • The Horiatiki (Greek Salad): This was the ultimate palate cleanser. It features vine-ripened tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and red onions, but the star is the block of creamy feta and the briny Kalamata olives. It’s simple, but when the ingredients are this fresh, it’s perfection.
  • Crispy Calamari: We shared this as an appetizer, and it was flawlessly executed—lightly breaded and golden, served with a zesty lemon aioli and a spicy marinara. It didn’t feel heavy at all, which is exactly what you want for a midday snack.
  • Capellini al Limone: This was the sleeper hit of the lunch menu. It’s a delicate “angel hair” pasta sautéed in butter with fresh lemon zest, parmesan, and basil. It’s bright, citrusy, and incredibly satisfying without being “weighted down” like a traditional pasta dish.
  • The Sea Bass (Catch of the Day): Cooked Provençal style, the sea bass was flaky and moist, served alongside perfectly roasted vegetables and grilled kale. It tasted like it had been caught that morning.
  • The Chicken Souvlaki Skewers: We tried these as well, and while the lemon and garlic marinade was tasty, they were “just ok” compared to the high bar set by the seafood and pasta. If you’re torn between the skewers and the fish, go with the fish!

The Dinner Transformation

As the sun sets over the lagoon, Olio transforms into a romantic, candlelit space. The stone oven becomes the focal point, turning out some of the best artisanal pizzas in Cancun.

The Atmosphere: Dinner at Olio feels far more intimate than the main buffet. It’s the kind of place where you want to linger over a second glass of wine and watch the moon reflect off the Caribbean.

The Signature Pizzas: As we mentioned before, the Pistachio Pizza with mortadella is a revelation. The crust is thin, charred, and chewy in all the right places.

The Exclusive Morning: Preferred Club Breakfast at Olio:

For many, one of the defining “VIP moments” of the Preferred Club at Secrets Mirabel is the breakfast experience at Olio. While the main buffet at Market Café is impressive, there is a distinct difference between navigating a bustling buffet line and being whisked to a linen-draped table overlooking the turquoise Caribbean Sea.

Olio is the only sit-down, a la carte breakfast venue on the property that isn’t a buffet. This exclusivity creates a serene, upscale atmosphere where the only sound is the gentle lapping of the waves and the clink of silverware. The service here is noticeably more personalized; the staff remembers your coffee preference and ensures your glass of freshly squeezed juice from Oxkutzcab is never empty.

The menu is a masterful blend of international favorites and wellness-focused ingredients. During our visit last week, we bypassed the “usual” and opted for some of their signature artisanal dishes:

  • My Choice: I went with the Smoked Salmon Bagel. This isn’t your average deli bagel; it’s a toasted poppy seed bagel layered with generous ribbons of smoked salmon and cream cheese, topped with a perfectly fried egg and capers. What truly elevated the dish was the side of chive-dill yogurt, which provided a bright, herbaceous tang that cut through the richness of the salmon. I paired it with the Maya Fire—a vibrant “wellness shot” of orange juice, ginger, turmeric, and organic honey with a pinch of black pepper that provided the perfect morning kickstart.
  • My Spouse’s Choice: My spouse opted for the Country Bread Toast with Avocado. It featured thick, rustic toast piled high with creamy mashed avocado and topped with a flawlessly poached egg that broke open to create its own rich sauce. Garnished with a fresh arugula salad, it was the epitome of a light but satisfying seaside breakfast. To drink, we enjoyed the Blueberry Glow, a refreshing mix of blueberry juice and coconut water with hydrated chia seeds.

Starting your day at Olio feels like a vacation within a vacation. It’s a slow, intentional way to begin your morning before heading down to your reserved spot at the Preferred Club pool. If you value a quiet, sophisticated start to your day without the “buffet hustle,” the Preferred Club upgrade pays for itself right here.

The ExcluFire and Sunset: Dinner at Bluewater Grill

If you’re looking for the ultimate “dinner with a view” experience, Bluewater Grill is where you want to be. Inspired by the Basque grill, this restaurant focuses on the art of fire and smoke, bringing out the Latin essence of high-quality proteins and fresh ingredients. But beyond the food, it’s the timing and location that make this spot a standout at Secrets Mirabel.

The Magic Hour

One of the best-kept secrets of Bluewater Grill is its orientation. Because it opens at 5:30 PM, you can secure a table just in time for the 6:20 PM sunset.

The “Sinue” Experience

Before you sit down, make sure to visit the restaurant’s private bar. We had the pleasure of meeting Sinue, an incredible bartender and true mixologist. Not only did he craft some of the best artisanal cocktails we had all week, but he also introduced us to a traditional Mayan delicacy: Chapulines (toasted grasshoppers). It was a unique, authentic touch that really set the tone for the meal.

The Meal: From Coals to Table

The dinner started strong with an excellent artisanal bread service, followed by a series of appetizers that showcased the kitchen’s range:

  • Carpaccios: We tried both the Octopus Carpaccio and the Beet Carpaccio. The octopus was sliced incredibly thin and seasoned perfectly, while the roasted beet provided a refreshing, earthy start to the meal.
  • Empanadas: These were golden and flaky, served with a bright, zesty Chimichurri that we ended up putting on almost everything.
  • The Main Event: For the steaks, we sampled the Ribeye and the Beef Tenderloin. Both were cooked over open coals, giving them that signature smoky crust and tender interior that you only get from a professional Basque grill.

Elevated Romance: The Private Dining Experience

For those celebrating a special occasion, Bluewater Grill offers an upgraded experience. You can order premium cuts like a Tomahawk, Porterhouse, or Whole Lobster for an additional room charge. These are served in a dedicated private dining area that is remarkably elegant and romantic.

The Referral Perk: If you book your stay through my referral, you receive 25% off romantic dinners and wine bottles at all restaurants, including these premium options at Bluewater Grill. It’s the perfect way to elevate a “special night out” without the full retail price tag.

Parisian Elegance: Dinner at Bordeaux

While Bluewater Grill and Himitsu capture the beauty of the lagoon, Bordeaux offers a completely different kind of magic. This is the resort’s most formal and intimate dining destination, focusing on high-end French tradition. There isn’t a lagoon view here, but you won’t miss it—the interior is a masterpiece of sophisticated decor, featuring dark wood accents, crisp white linens, and soft, romantic lighting that transports you straight to a boutique restaurant in Paris.

The “Noche” Signature Experience

The evening started at the bar, which feels like a private speakeasy. We tried their signature cocktail, Noche. It’s a stunning violet-hued drink made with Vodka, violet liqueur, and raspberry puree, topped with a delicate aquafaba foam. She absolutely loved how the floral notes balanced the tartness of the lemon—it’s easily the most “Instagrammable” drink on the property.

A Masterclass in French Technique

Since we were leaning into the classic French experience, we started with the Escargots and the Onion Soup. The escargots were decadent, bathed in a rich garlic and herb butter that we couldn’t help but soak up with the freshly baked artisanal bread.

For our main courses, the kitchen’s precision really shined:

  • Her Choice: Beef Tenderloin au Poivre. This was a succulent medallion of beef cooked to a perfect medium-rare, smothered in a bold green peppercorn sauce. It was served with crispy rösti potatoes and vibrant baby carrots. She mentioned it was the most tender steak of the entire trip.
  • My Choice: Lamb Ossobuco. This was the ultimate comfort dish. The lamb shank was slow-cooked until it literally fell off the bone, served over a bed of truffled mashed potatoes that were incredibly creamy and fragrant. The morel mushroom demi-glace added a deep, earthy finish that made every bite better than the last.

The Sweetest Part

We couldn’t leave without trying the Crème Brûlée. It arrived with that satisfying “crack” of the caramelized sugar top, revealing a rich Veracruz vanilla custard underneath. We also shared the Tarte Tatin, which featured perfectly caramelized apples over a flaky puff pastry—a simple but flawless end to a heavy, delicious meal.

24-hour Room Service: No dress code required!

While the resort’s restaurants are culinary masterpieces, sometimes the best seat in the house is your own private balcony. We found that while the in-room dining menu is a bit more curated (and has fewer selections than the main restaurants), it is designed for speed, reliability, and ease.

NOTE: Secrets Mirabel did not integrate a “Secrets Box” in any of the renovations. Thus, you’ll have to put on at least a robe before you open the door to receive your food.

Here are some of our favorite selections from the in-room dining menu:

  • The Sunrise Breakfast: We loved ordering the Smoked Salmon Bagel and fresh fruit plate to enjoy while watching the sun come up over the Caribbean.
  • The Classic “Beach” Burger: When you just want something familiar and filling after a day in the sun, the room service burger is consistently juicy and hits the spot.
  • Late-Night Quesadillas: A simple but perfect Mexican staple. Pro tip: They pair perfectly with a cold beer from your minibar.
  • Steak & Fries: For a low-key dinner, the beef tenderloin is a solid, reliable choice that arrives hot thanks to the “Secret Box” delivery system.

The Secret Weapon: The Hyatt Inclusive Collection App

The easiest way to navigate room service is through the Hyatt Inclusive Collection App (. It’s incredibly user-friendly and removes the “phone tag” often associated with ordering.

  • Pro Tip – Schedule Ahead: One of the best features of the app is the ability to schedule your delivery. You can set your breakfast order the night before or schedule a late-night snack several hours before you even head back to your room. There’s nothing quite like walking through your door after a day at the pool to find a fresh meal waiting for you.

Beverage Options & Personalized Service

The standard room service beverage list includes all the essentials:

  • Beer & Wine
  • Coffee & Tea
  • Fresh Juices, Bottled Water & Sodas

Typically, cocktails aren’t listed on the standard room service menu. However, the staff at Secrets Mirabel often goes above and beyond. We had a fantastic experience where a friendly waiter was happy to craft fresh margaritas for us upon request.

Toasts & Sunsets: The Bar & Nightlife Scene at Secrets Mirabel

While the dining at Secrets Mirabel is world-class, the resort truly comes alive through its bar and lounge scene. Whether you are looking for a sophisticated sunset cocktail, a lively sports bar, or a hidden rooftop sanctuary, there is a “vibe” for every hour of the day.

The Crown Jewel: The Sky Bar (Building B)

This is the ultimate “VIP” spot on the property. Located on the 7th floor of Building B, the Sky Bar is a refined, breezy oasis with expansive views of the Nichupte lagoon.

  • Daytime Bliss: During the day, it features a stunning small infinity pool that feels like it’s floating between the sky and the sea.
  • Nighttime Elegance: After sunset, the space transforms into a sophisticated lounge/club. With a DJ playing music for all generations and a team of mixologists crafting some of the best cocktails on the property, it’s the place to be.
  • The “Insider” Perk: The Sky Bar is an exclusive Preferred Club perk. By booking through us, you receive complimentary Preferred Club status, giving you full access to this rooftop paradise.

The Heart of the Resort: Rendezvous Lobby Bar

The Lobby Bar is the perfect spot for “Pre-Dinner” or “After-Hours” relaxation. It features a beautiful indoor lounge and an expansive outdoor patio. If there is an event like Mariachis playing in the plaza, you can hear them perfectly from here.

  • The Music: Nightly live music is a staple. They rotate between singers, pianists, saxophonists, and guitar players. Our personal favorites were the solo pianist and the singers (who play at different times)—the talent level is truly impressive.
  • Our Favorite Cocktails at Rendezvous:
    • The Mezcalita: A smoky, citrusy delight that feels authentically Mexican.
    • The Espresso Martini: Perfectly balanced and the best “pick-me-up” before heading to dinner.
    • Carajillo: A local favorite made with Licor 43 and espresso over ice.

The Energy Hub: Desires Bar

If you’re looking for action, head to Desires.

  • By Day: It’s a high-end sports bar with massive screens showing all the major games. It’s the perfect place to grab a cold beer and escape the midday sun.
  • By Night: It transforms into the resort’s nightclub. With a mix of live music, a DJ, and a dance floor that stays busy late into the night, it’s the center of the resort’s nightlife energy.

Poolside Perfection: Sugar Reef & Manatees

  • Sugar Reef Bar: This is the dedicated bar for the Preferred Club pool and beach area. It’s laid-back but the service is incredibly attentive.
    • Our Favorite Sugar Reef Selections:
      • Mango Tango: A refreshing, frozen tropical blend.
      • The Riviera: A crisp, gin-based cocktail that is perfect for a hot beach day.
      • Frozen Mudslide: For when you want your cocktail to double as a dessert!
  • Manatees: This is the main swim-up pool bar. Even if you aren’t in the water, the walk-up service is excellent. They have their own set of signature cocktails designed to be refreshing and light while you soak up the sun.
